Brought a golf mk5 gti rear bumper R32 look from maxton, had it fitted sprayed so happy with it , makes the car stand out so many compliments , better than the black original one ,, tip for customers ,.get someone who knows how to fit the part, don't try and do it yourself, .

Was a little worried ordering initially given the number of negative reviews for Maxton, but some of the reviews seemed a little unjustified or dealt with issues that could be due to poor fitment.
My experience was top tier, easy purchasing process, delivered 3 days after ordering, packaging and quality of the products was all very good.
I bought a front splitter, side skirts and rear diffuser/valance for my MK7.5 Golf R. All fits perfectly bar the rear valance which needs a little minor adjustment (this was pre warned anyway). I used tiger seal all round and a combination of self tappers and rivets, didn’t bother with the nuts and bolts due to complicated access under the bumper.
Looks brilliant, and given my experience I’d highly recommend Maxton Design.

Bought 4 parts for my TTrs, 3 of them fitted perfectly and look fantastic however the 4th was very rough around the edges, the fitters had to take it out of the pack to see if it was rough or if in fact it was just the packaging, once opened it was not a nice gloss finish like the others and also did not fit like the others (mainly due to the poor finish). I asked for a refund on just that one part (the other 3 are fine and on my car), maxton said no as we opened the package, we had to open it in order to find out if the surface was rough or it was just the packaging around it but they have refused to refund. Poor customer service , shame as the other 3 parts were great but wont be using again as a company should always support their customers especially when there was nothing I could have done about this, like many businesses they would rather take your money and not help if there are issues after, shame..

My diffuser for my fiesta ST 180 looks good had it painted molten orange get plenty off looks

I ordered a rear spoiler for my superb. Fantastic service the part was delivered within 7 days. I will defiantly be back for more bits.

The order was dealt with courtesy and efficiency, and delivery on time at a reasonable purchase price .
The OPC now looks a million dollars, immensely enhancing its appearance, along with better stability allround..Brilliant and Thanks.

I have bought front splitter for Z4, therefore after my first ride it has chipped. I have contacted Maxton team asking for replacement believing that it was just a faulty item, however they stated that this mast be caused by the rock or debris from the road hitting the splitter so therefore they would not provide replacement or a refund. I confirmed that there was no big hit as I haven't felt anything and only realised splitter being damaged upon return at home. They still refused to assist me leading me to believe that it wasn't faulty item meaning they are super cheap quality which will chip after your first ride! this is not supposed to be used for driving the car only for show purpose so the item and description is misleading and not worth any money!!! Avoid this company as you will be left disappointed.

STAY AWAY. I have ordered some parts for Audi TT Mk1. The parts arrived but was totally impossible to fit in accordance with the experts' opinion. I complained with them and they eventually formally agreed to refund me upon receiving the parts back. They almost never reply to e-mails and after several days that the package was marked as "delivered", I still haven't received my money back nor any answer by the customer service. I have no words. I believe such companies shouldn't even exist on the market, especially not in such an advanced country like UK. I might change this review if the situation improves and I get my money back, but so far I had a terrible experience that I don't wish to anyone.

Very Disappointed with this company, big scammers!
I bought (Order ID #51917) a BMW F10 M5 Front splitter (BM5-10-MPACK-FD2G). This part is not built for M5, I took it to the body shop, they also denied to put it on because it doesn't fit on M5. I can understand if it required a minor adjustment, but this part doesn't fit at all. It's not built for F10 M5.
I decided to send it back, but the shipping from the US is so expensive $700, so requested the customer service if they can send me the shipping label, they denied it.
You guys send me the wrong part, it's your responsibility to pay for the shipping.
If you claim that's the correct part, show me, one customer, who was able to install this on F10 BMW M5. I'm 100% sure you won't be able to prove it.
It cost me $296, which I know I'm not going to get back, but I hope this review warns others to stay away from this company.

Firstly I’m very impressed with the product it fit my car perfectly with no issues, instructions provided were clear and in depth allowing for an easy install! Only thing I would’ve liked was if the edge of the part had a curved edge but it still looks perfect!!! Customer service was great and so was delivery I’m very happy

So bought a front lip designed for my bmw with an m3 style bumper .. during the covid session .. shipping was fast as fck.. 4 days from UK.to Australia.. no worries.. lips was in 1 piece all good .. car at panel shop .. lockdown active in Melbourne lol.. and when after lockdown I went to try the lip and fitment was out of wack.. I got sent the wrong style for my car .. no worries.. emailed them the same day with like 10+ pictures to show how the lips was not fitting .. and I get the reply that I should have tried the lips 2 days after delivery like what the fook you want me to do .. go beat the governor ass and tell him to open the fuuken panel shop? Comprehension during lockdown was out of the window.. even you paid full amount without a question you still get thenits your fault to not have tried it .. how about you send the right fuuken item I bought..

My experience with Maxton Designs was absolutely shocking!! ordered side skirts for my mercedes a class, they arrived damaged, dented, scratched! i emailed them asking for them to be sent back/refund. The reply i got was "use hot soapy water to wipe them down and that should sort them"... im sorry but not a chance is hot soapy water going to take out the dents and deep scores on them!! i am still waiting to hear back as to whether i will be receiving my refund. if not, this will be going further. By law, i am due a refund without any reason from myself. This will now be going down the route of 'distance selling laws'.
Will never be ordering another thing from this company!!
